It was difficult for Rudra to explain
his feeling in one word. If a counsellor had asked him at that moment, "How do you feel ?" Rudra could have said a lot. A man of few words would have been ready to put words to his feelings.
He was thirsty
He was tired
He was hungry
He was frustrated
He was impatient
From the time he left the haveli in
the morning till now which amounts to around 7 hours he has been on the road.
First to meet the informer who had called him in the morning. The informer
claimed to have some information about the kidnappings which has happened in the
recent past. The informer was found by one of his team members who was assigned to digging up more information about the girl Radha who was abducted along with the minister’s
daughter Megha.
Kidnappings are usually made so that
the victim can be exchanged for money. And a ransom call is very important to
confirm this. In most of the cases where there is no ransom call – like in
this case at hand – the kidnapper has personal vendetta. Either against the victim
or one of the victim’s family (a dead or a living person). There is another
type of kidnapping where the victim is hand in hand with the kidnapper and usually
helps each other to plan it. So that the elopement can be made to look like an
abduction. And there are very few cases where it is next to impossible to
understand the reason. Because there will be no relation at all. The victim
could be such a random person who was chosen just because he or she was present
there due to their ill fate. And till this informer came forward it looked as if the team has hit a road block and the case looked more like a random forceful holding.
Megha had come to Jaipur along with a few other
friends and stayed in a posh hotel for two days visting the tourist attractions in the city before proceeding for a wedding
in a village near Birpur. There were ten of them in total staying in the hotel. Six boys and four girls. The wedding was of their classmate Radha who was from Jetpur.
Yes, the first thing Rudra
doubted was the possibilty of a girl from such poor background getting admission in a
reputed college in the South. But there was nothing suspicious there. Radha,
was a brilliant girl and had got selected in a scholarship program conducted by
the religious college where Megha also enrolled in. The religious institution was
known to reserve a big percentage of their seats for poor students from all
over India who were brilliant.
With that clear explanation, the focus
shifted to Megha. Last few days Rudra had gone through the history of the
daughter of the minister from the South and probably knows more about her than
she herself will ever know. The minister’s trusted security personnel were very
forthcoming with all details of not only the girl but the entire family as
well. Their only intention was to get Megha back home safe and sound. There was
nothing which looked mysterious or out of place about her. No lover, no hidden husband, no family
feud, no political rivals ( the minister was quite a popular one down South) no
step brother or step sister with revenge. Zilch. The team had absolutely nothing
more at hand to explore.
And that is when Rudra started thinking
whether this is all about Megha or is it about her classmate Radha. Maybe she did not want to
get married. Or wanted to go away with someone else. Thus
started another round of history digging. But here again it turned out to be a
case of a very innocent poor girl who was looking forward to her wedding. A wedding to her childhood sweetheart. Who was a real hard worker and who helped her right through childhood to achieve her dreams of becoming a civil servant. It
seemed ill fortune that she invited her rich friend and got herself kidnapped
just before the wedding.
Rudra’s team had talked to all the
other informers and leads. This was the only one remaining and that too so far
away in Birpur. His team had been working endlessly for the last few days and were
heaving a sigh of relief that Sunday is here. None of them had any energy left.
And thus Rudra decided to follow up on the lead himself. Along with one of the
security guys from the minister’s side.
They learnt from the lead that
kidnappings were increasing in the villages. That too of kids and young girls.
Usually there will be a ransom call and once the money is provided the victims
will be let out somewhere in the middle of the desert at night. This was the only one where he
came across a case with no demand for ransom. And this was the only one where
more than a person was kidnapped at the same time. Usually these kidnappings
were never reported – neither to the police nor to the BSD. Was always handled
by the village people. By putting together their savings and offering it to the
kidnapper. Most of the cases the sums asked were not very high. Once in a while the sum demanded was high and then they will go to ThakurSa and beg
him for money. In the end money was always given to the kidnapper which led the poor to become
poorer. The victims were never hurt. They always returned intact though they
were almost starved for couple of days.
Rudra identified the pattern now.
These were all connected to Tejawat. Rudra was aware that Tejawat had stopped all the fake
weddings and related terrorism due to lack of people at his side. After all it was Rudra who was
successful in reducing his team to next to nothing with the help of BSD. Tejawat was always on BSD radar. And rudra had enough clout in BSD to get alerted if any terrorist activities happened around Tejawat. Even after starting on his own Rudra was connected to BSD and acted as their special consultant in many border related cases.
Rudra
wondered what Tejawat was up to now. Kidnappings that too of very poor people will
not get him any money. He himself provided the ransom for a few. But Tejawat was
not somebody to go around helping people without an ulterior motive. It has to
be investigated. It must have escaped the notice of BSD as it had no direct bearing with the border activities. But for the more pressing issue at hand, he has to talk to BSD
to get some intelligence about Tejawat’s men so that they can be followed in
case this kidnapping also is somehow related to him. Maybe Radha was the
target. And Megha, the minister’s daughter, just happened to come across the
kidnappers and was also taken away. But if Radha was the target why was there no demand for money ?
The minister would have called them
four times within the span of those hours. There are times when even the most
powerful will be at the mercy of the villains and turn to God for courage and
hope. Questioning their own career decisions. And the minister was no
different. He was wondering whether he thrust his daughter in the mouth of
danger by opting to be a public figure. Whether without knowing he made any
enemies who were out to get his blood. Rudra could hear clearly the frustration
in the helpless father’s voice. Worried for his daughter, yet not able to be
physically present here lest the press make a field day of the whole affair.
A father hoping against hope that the daughter will be found soon safe and sound. In the
final call Rudra updated the minister about their line of thought and the
possible connection with the local kidnappings. And disconnected the call
promising to call him the moment there is a breakthrough.
Before heading back to the haveli
Rudra discussed the further steps with the minister’s security. The ride back
home was ridden with the flash backs for Rudra. The visit to Birpur did nothing
to lift his spirits. Nor did the helplessness in a father’s voice. On the
contrary he was reminded of all the atrocities the villagers suffered at
Tejawat’s hands. The pain he himself went through when he lost many of his
people in the Baarat encounter. Then his thoughts wandered to Shantanu and what
happened to Paro years back. The pain she would have suffered when she was
shot. The pain Rudra suffered when she was away for seven long years.
Rudra was sure his visit to Birpur
will definitely be reported back to Tejawat by his aides. Tejawat also will be
alerted to the fact that Myrah looks like Paro. If he is not already knowing this
fact. Should be very careful going forward. Should tell Myrah also to be
careful about where she goes and whom she talks to. Cannot afford to lose her again
– neither to death nor to kidnapping. Come to think of it was Myrah’s
kidnapping in some way connected to Tejawat? Should discuss this with Aman
after going back to the haveli.
******************************
Soon after lunch the men shifted to
the living room. And the ladies joined a bit later after giving instructions to
the servants. Very rarely did the Ranawats have the servants to clean up after
the lunch. But with marriage preparations going on and with so many people in
the house it was not possible for the Ranawat ladies to handle all the kitchen
chores.
The packets kept coming out from
Poonam’s suitcase. Chocolates for the kids, superman costume for Dhruv and
Sourabh. Barbie doll for Koel (it was her first) Multiple paints, brushes and
games for the children. Beautiful gold bracelets and perfumes for the women.
Watches for Samrat, Sumer , Kakusa and Aman. Such expensive gifts and so many
of them would have looked like a showing off of wealth from anybody else. But
none of the Ranawats felt it because each of the gifts had something very much
to their liking – like the colour or the design or the precious stone selected
– which showed that Poonam had checked about the likes and dislikes of each
member of the household including Sunehri and family and taken those points
into consideration while buying. And all this was achieved within the last few
days. And this genuine affection touched the Ranawat family.
“Naani, yeh game toh bahut accha hai.
Mujhe bahund pasand hai. How did you know I like it ? “ Dhruv asked Poonam.
“Waise I can call you Naani right ? And you Naana ?” Dhruv addressed the last
question to Rajeev.
“Ofcourse beta.” Rajeev replied
before Myrah could give the same answer. And Myrah’s face suddenly lit up. She was the only one who was kind of lost and worried till then – obviously
about Rudra’s absence.
And Rajeev noticed it. He put Myrah
at ease,” He will be okay. Must have been stuck with the office work. He will
be here anytime soon.”
“Yes Naana. Nothing will happen to
Papa. He is very brave. And strong. You
know Naana, Papa saved Mummy from a bike accident. You should have seen the way
in which he sprung into action and pulled Mummy out of the bike’s way from the
middle of the road.”
“Accident? When and how? Myrah, you
never told us. And Rohit, you also did not inform us!!” Poonam was quite angry
with this new piece of information. Dhruv felt as if he has said something
wrong. Because of him now Mummy and Rohit uncle got scolded by Naani. Dhruv’s
worry was what caught Myrah’s attention than her mother’s anger.
“Dhruv, it is fine. You did not say
anything wrong. “Myrah patted his head.
“Aunty, I do not know anything about
this accident.” Rohit answered, clearly not interested in taking any misplaced
blame.
Now Mehras’ eyes were on Myrah
demanding an explanation. “Well, it was my mistake Dad. I did not see the bike
and walked across the road. Luckily Rudra saw it and pulled me away in time. I
knew you will worry about me. As I did not get hurt I did not mention it to you
guys.”
“You need to keep your eyes open when you are walking on the road.
Be careful is all I can say. Am glad Rudra was there to save you.” Rajeev
sounded relieved.
“Rudra always protects Myrah. He is
always present to save her. Whether from falling or from the bike or from the kidnappers!!”
Shatabdi said it without thinking. And realised that she has dropped another
bomb from the looks on the faces of Rajeev and Poonam.
Rajeev was clearly angry. Angry that
her daughter got kidnapped and nobody informed him. He got up, first looked at
Myrah and then at Rohit. Mohini had the brains to keep quiet for once. Kakusa
tried to calm Rajeev. “Nothing happened to Myrah. Within a few hours Rudra
found out about her whereabouts and got her back safe the same day itself.”
Rajeev did not even acknowledge
Kakusa’s words. He was filled with the fear.
What if something had happened to her? What if he had lost her? Seven
years back they had almost lost hopes on her survival. But God helped them
through those dark times. Saved Myrah’s life though she lost all of her memory.
Now again she went through another trauma and he was not even aware of it?
“You got kidnapped and they asked for
a ransom. I just cannot believe such a thing happened. Who did it ? And you did
not think it important enough to inform us?” Rajeev literally shouted at Myrah
and kept asking her questions without giving her anytime to answer. “What else
are you keeping from us? How could Rudra find you ? Thank God he saved you. But
first tell me why were you kidnapped in the first place?”
“Bewakoofi thi iski. Because of her sheer stupidity and
nothing else!!” came the angry reply in a reverberating voice. Rudra was back.
And that was his first statement to Rajeev Mehra.
Good Morning JJ,
ReplyDeleteAm I first again!! LOL
Tejawat and the kidnappings has me worried as well!!
He is up to no good.and am sure he is setting a trap for Rudra.
Myrah needs to be briefed and made to understand the danger.
Especially since there is a traitor in the haveli.
Is KCM turning evil again...me wonders??
Rudra - oh no...the first sentence he uttered is not going to sit well with the Mehras!!
Have a good day JJ!!
Kerrie
WoW Kerrie. You are first again. Now I am really intrigued. Aise Kaise ? How come I post just before you check my page ? Or how come you check just after I post ? Sixth Sense ?
DeleteThanks for the nice comments. Yes me too - not happy with Tejawat at all. At least now Rudra is back to tracking Thakursa.
No comments about the traitor in the haveli :-) Could be a servant also for all we know.
Rudra's first sentence has to be different - right ? Other wise how can he be the Rudra ?
Good day to you too Kerrie. And wish you a great week ahead.
JJ,
DeleteHa ha.....what can I say....we are connected. LOL
Yes, Rudra is one of a kind and therefore his words and actions too are different. His words are clear and to the point. He says what he means and means what he say....know what I mean!! LOL.
Take care JJ.
Nice write up jj, hmm sketching sub plot to trace thakur tejwat is quite interguining.
ReplyDeleteJayashree
Thanks Jaya. Subplot has to finally connect to the main one. Hope I keep that in mind !!
DeleteLoved this!Goid pace and exciting in its anticipation! What next?
ReplyDeleteThanks Shilpa. Next is next week dear. Writing one in a week itself is so difficult. LOL
DeleteOMG! OMG! JJKKL.....What a dhammakedar, what an explosive entry made by Rudra .....Absoulutly loved it...read the last few lines multiple times.....you are getting better & better,my dear.....looking forward to the next chapter eagerly.
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot Rithu. Yes agreed. Great entry for Rudra. Calling the daughter of Mehras a stupid girl. AM so glad you liked it. THanks for such nice comments dear.
DeleteLoved the update Clap
ReplyDeleteRudra entry with a bang Day Dreaming
Thanks Lily. Rudra enters with a bang indeed.
DeleteJJ,
ReplyDeleteRudradev is in his full elements isnt he?
i just love him this way.. extremely analytical and thoughtful.
at the cost of repeating myself.. i reiterate that this is exactly how he would have been had the show gone this path..
And his dhamakedar entry... i am visualising him saying "bewakoofi ki vajah se" with his beautiful hands on his waist...
Awesome...
err.. can you update faster please?
hiral
Rudra is Rudra. Has to be cunning strategic daring dashing
Delete---- whatever ---except with Paro.
Thanks Hiral for liking the storyline. Entry of Rudra has to be different -- right ? Not the usual timid way in which the groom shakes hands with the in laws.
Update faster ? Hiral dear, Making one post every week itself is so taxing...Big smile
PS: Missed your comments on the earlier chapter about Mehras day in the haveli. Could you relate to that as well ?
Loved this update for two main things. 1st being Rudra in action reminded me of the early RR episodes. Rudra in full officer mode.Day Dreaming
ReplyDelete2nd being the continuation of bonding between the Mehras and the Ranawats particularly with Dhruv.
Was really enjoying reading and then Rudra's entry happened and you stopped there...Angry Now I have to wait an entire week for the next chapter...Ouch Oh well, I know it will be worth wait.Wink
Rudra sitting at home doing nothing is just not RUDRA. So he had to be in the field LOL
DeleteDhamakedar entry hona hai na. How can Rudra be an ordinary son in law ?
GLad you liked it. Your GIF is too good. Thanks
ch 22 was nice too...got a lot of info - good to know rudra is still wary of tejawat. and he's finally back! the interactions at home should be interesting - especially when rudra is already worried about his paro...
ReplyDeletemyrah's parents really are sweet - they've won everyone with their personalized gifts
Hey, glad you liked it. Mehras are not here to outright reject the proposal. They are open minded and trying to find out more. So all is well as long as Rudra plays cool. We have to wait and see LOL
DeleteRudra and Teju and their fights are key to RR. So hopefully things will be more interesting Big smile
Thanks again dear for reading and commenting
Hey dear!Big smile
ReplyDeleteSorry! I took 4 days to read your "Reviving Parud" Embarrassed
When I finished reading your side of our Parud, I was like why didn't I read your FF before!Tongue(Shaid uss waqt apni timtimati mastioon main busy thi isliyeee)Wink
But, I must say that,
You've done a tremendous job in creating such a beautiful story!
I love portrayal of Rudra's character in your FF...!!!Day DreamingDay DreamingDay Dreaming Just love it love it love it!!! HeheTongueTongueTongue
Amazing dialogue delivery dear...!!! Clap
Oh! Just wanted to know are these really your words?!
Teri tareefon ki nazar ne mujhe pukaara
Do kadam paas, aur mein pighal gayi mein pighal gayi
Shayad woh mein hunn
Do kadam peeche...shayad woh mein hunn nahi

Ilzaam hai tujhpar...chura legayi meri nindiya ko teri pyaar!
Rangrasiya...rangrasiya...
If yes, then I am speechless...!!!!Clap
From now on, keep me posted...!!!Thumbs Up
Dear,
DeleteI have been sending you PMs for each of the chapters. Which means at least 21 times. And you took 21 weeks to decide to read. Chalo...at least now you agreed to read. Thank you (bending like a Japanese)
Thanks a lot for the nice comments. Am so glad you liked it. I was so bugged when they killed Paro's body , Rudra's soul and the audience in every which way possible. So had to revive Parud and RR.
The poem above was written by DD in one of the episode reviews. And I took her permission to post it in the chapter. Her handle is ddsoaps. I will send her you comment link as well
BTW, did you see the GIFs tab. Believe77 has given a few GIFs of RR which are added there
Hoping to see you regularly in the blog. Thanks again for finally deciding to take the plunge
Yes dear, I have been busy with my Timtimati posts, as you know been making them on a daily basis to increase our forum's rate ! But, koi nahi ab toh parh liaa na I am glad that I read all your work
DeleteAaawww
Yes dear, I have! They are amazing
Thumbs Up
Awesome chapter.
ReplyDeleteThanks Annahita. Glad you liked it. DId you like Rudra's entry ?
DeleteTwo things I forgot to mention JJKKL....(1) I am so glad that you have not totally disconnected Rudra from BSD........ that he still has connection with them & assists them from time to time.... BSD was one of the USP of RR & its painful to imagine Rudra without it (2) what I absolutely love is that you have kept the character of Rudra the way it should be. Being all goody goody with Mehra's would have looked idiotic given the kind of person he is .....that just is not him .......Hats off to you for your creative thinking, I would never have imagined the way you did ( his volcanic entry ) Awesome... had we got to watch a scene like this , I would have kissed the person responsible for writing such an awesome scene......now you get that kiss from me....muuuaah...
ReplyDeleteThanks to you ,Zara & a few others , I have forgotten that Paro actually died in the show.....that memory has all gone......only memories that remain are of Parud now.
WoW you are on a roll today.
DeleteAbout Rudra connection with BSD - it is just next to impossible that he distances himself so much from what is his firt love. Glad you also appreciate it
And I agree with Rudra being so nice with the Mehras. Oh he can be polite but he is not to go out of his way to be a good damaad. I also cannot see him in that form
The volcanic entry was not planned. I started writing about the kidnapping and then it jusst ended in that note. Due to lack of time I wrote this chapter in one hour. Could not even get it reviewed. Glad you all still liked it
And thanks a lot for the muaah...
Mind blowing entry by Rudra made my day. Very well written update.
ReplyDeleteHarshuu
Thanks Harshuu. Glad you liked it. I wrote the chapter in such a hurry that I was not sure whether you all will like it.
DeleteFirst of all very Sorry JJ...I read the update yesterday itself and my browser gave me hard time in posting my comment in blog...I fought and finally slept :)))))
ReplyDeleteWell thank you so much for this long update...I love long ones...and its smart of you to pin the abduction to Tejawat..the connections were nicely done..
Good to see Mehra's warmed up to Paro's family...yes it is Paro family for me not Rudra's..She gave that family back to him after she enveloped all...
Also nice to see you remembering all simple details of Myra's adventures..and so Rudra enters in style back in form..Loved it..
Good going Girl..U rock ...
Oh don't be sorry Deepa. Browsers can be unforgiving sometimes. It is like Murphy's law. THe more tired one is the more problems gadgets create.
DeleteGlad you are liking the storyline. The getting to know Mehras and them meeting Rudra will take a few days - right ? It cannot be just a short event.
And yes, I myself am not sure how to take the kidnapping angle forward. But Rudra cannot sit idle at home. He has to do some risky work too. Else his brain will stop functioning
If I were Sushmita I would have found one great dance form GIF to add as thanks for your comments. But alas....
superb update
ReplyDeleteloved it
thanks for the pm
Thanks dear
DeleteRudra in inverstigative mood.Teja shud get punished.waiting 4 parud scenes too
ReplyDeleteTeju is too smart to get caught so fast. Parud scenes ? Hmm... Waiting waiting
DeleteLove how well you have written the workings of Rudra's mind. He is so clinical in his approach. And the "Bewakoof ladki" dialogue in the end brings back so many memories.
ReplyDeletePoonam is really thoughtful to consider everyone's taste before getting them gifts. That is hard when you barely know the person and generic gifts are usually given in such occasions.
Waiting to see how Mr. Mehra will respond to Rudradev's tone.
Rudra is logical. And clinical. Maybe I am like that too. As I find it easy to write his thought process.
DeletePoonam is a very nice person. Rajeev is too. But Rudra does not necesarily stir the best feelings in Rajeev :-)
Glad you liked my fast chapter (in the sense I wrote it within an hour)
Rajeev is the father of the bride. He is not going to be nice to any man who doesn't treat his little girl like a queen.
DeleteOne hour? Wow! It's great that you can write so well in a time crunchClap . Usually when I write something in a hurry I end up rewriting it all over again before posting.
I usually am clear with the plot a few chapters ahead. It's just the presentation that changes when I edit. Sometimes I add a few moments which the readers ask for in the comments making it more interesting than before. But I know what you mean going back and reading what is already written always makes me change things and sometimes the first draft is the best.
DeleteNice update.
ReplyDeleteThank you
DeleteAwsome update
ReplyDeleteThank you
Deletesuper update dear.....
ReplyDeleteThanks Prabha
DeleteWhile the previous chapter was more a family affair, I loved this chapter more. This is the Rudra that I was dying to see.
ReplyDeleteSo indeed the kidnapping is connected to Tejavat and it will lead Rudra to him. When you elaborated it so much, I was sure it had to be something.
I don't think Myrah's kidnapping had anything to do with Tejavat. Tejavat's kidnapping are more related to low profile and village people. He would nevere dare to kidnap a high profile person. This time he made a mistake which will cost him dearly.
This case was to bring back Tejavat into the main foreground again.
The instances about Rudra rescuing Myrah from the bike and kidnapping situations are more related to create a panic for Rajeev or to show Rudra as a hero?
The 'bewakoof ladki' dialogue of Rudra is just his bang entry. Rajeev's apprehensions will soon disappear and he will see how Rudra fuss over his daughter.
Rajeev will definitely like Rudra. He is good at judging character. But how will he react to Rudra's first wife(according to him) being a lookalike of Myrah. Thats to see.
Well the stage is set. I would now sit with popcorns for the drama, action and romance.
DeleteThanks Reshma for such wonderful comments. Am not replying to the specific points as I myself am not clear at this point about how the story has to be told. Only a very abstract storyline is fixed in my mind. Nothing else. Unlike many other writers. For me this story is like Forrest Gump's take on the cholocate box. LOL
Ah so Rudra has deduced that the kidnappings is connected to Tejawat
ReplyDeleteSo great deduction and investigation
oh one bombshell after another for Myrah's parents
Oh crap the first thing said by Rudra is her stupidness caused her kidnapping
Damn he father is going to go ballistic on him
Can't wait for more
Rudra is smart - isn't he ? There is a lot which Mehras do not know yet. Definitely Rajeev is not going to like it.
DeleteThanks for reading and commenting Seeta. Hoping I can make the rest of the chapters also readable :-)
oye!!!!! balle...balle! So Rudra is back .... I can almost hear the Rudra music in background! Lovely.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad that Rudra is still related to BSD and ahs not become a private Security agency owner like in RR 2. It was stupid.
While I am glad our Rudra is back , I am now thinking how well will this go down with her father ...till now everyone in the family has acted very politely and damaadjii is making an entry with such a sarcasm thrown at Myrah... guess Rudra will be Rudra...pointblank and no hiccups while voicing his opinion. Loved it!
the kidnapping story is gaining momentum, I am beginning to think it will trace back to 7 years before. There must be something in your mind which is why a solid foundation has been laid in this chapter.
Liking the pace of the story JJ dear .... another awesome chapter you have written even though I know you are pressed for time.
Waiting for the drama to unfold!!!!
Balle Balle indeed. After you said it I also started hearing the song in the background :-)
DeleteRudra cannot be away from BSD. It is his first love - right ?
Ruchi , I have to find some connection between Tejawat and Rudra. So let us start with the kidnapping for now.
GLad you liked it dear. Both the entry of Rudra and the pace of the story.
The kidnapping seems a serious issue.
ReplyDeleteThe first words Rudr speaks to his father-in-law was to condem his daughter. Thankgod he has been hearing good things from rudr's family about Rudr.
Yes that is why we had the last chapter where Mehras got to know the family. And Dhruv telling them in this chapter that Rudra protected Myrah twice. Hope the Mehras will not see RED :-)
DeleteThanks custodian75 for the comments.
DeleteLovely update JJ...Rudra and his razor sharp mind working to solve this kidnapping mystery...who is the intended victim I wonder...Radha or Megha...
ReplyDeleteAgreed Rudra's first words to Rajeev is not what a Father in law wants to hear...but one good thing is Rajeev will get to see Rudra as he is, not some watered down version like in RR2.
Thanks Varshu for the nice comments. Rudra has to be the original smart one - though not Jallad. He will nto become the RR2 version. I promise.
DeleteNice chapter JJ.. Rudra has started doubting Tejawat.. Good that he s also considering the possibility that tejawat may possibly know about myrah...
ReplyDeleteVery thoughtful of Poonam to get gifts for everyone according to their liking..
Now Rudra has made his entry.. I can actually imagine the scene here but in BSD uniform... Waiting to see wat happens next.. Hw myrah's father gonna react...
Thank you dear. For the nice comments. Many people commented that they liked the entry of RUdra. Some even could hear his background music. BSD uniform is it ? Yes we all like that.
DeleteAm so glad you liked the chapter which I prepared like Maggi Noodles. LOL
JJ, Sorry, I was getting impatient about reading Rudra meets Parental Units that I skimmed through the case bit. From what I could gather, Tejawat's probably involved and he has stooped even lower by kidnapping innocent kids. Using them to manipulate parents to do illegal things that he can't do. Nice way to "wash his hands from it," because no paper trail left and no direct witness- other than victims to go against him.
ReplyDeleteI love how Myrah's parents gel well with everyone especially their grandson, Dhruv. Would love to read more about their bonding. And Dhruv and Shatabi's slip of a tongue. Of course, as parents, they would be very worried and sad with the information Myrah has kept from them.
And now for the time I was desperately waiting for, is finally here. Unfortunately, it's the last line of the chapter. Oh man, did Rudra possibly screw up a big time! Yes, it was Myrah's stupidity, but no parents would ever want their future SIL to call their daughter stupid front of all the family members. Bad impression. Hopefully, they will look over it and consider it as his frustration of something possibly happening to their daughter. Can't wait to read ahead. Continue soon! :)
That is cheating. You did not read the kidnapping drama. It will be finally connected to the overall story - you know. Anyway I can understand you were impatient.
DeleteAnd the last line. Bad impression indeed. LOL Will try to update at the earliest. Thanks a lot dear for the comments.
Great update! So Rudra is back on action..suddenly started imagining Rudra in his BSD uniform. This whole kidnapping-Tejawat -storyline, I like it a lot.
ReplyDelete"Papa saved mummy". "Rudra always protects Myrah". Surprises after surprises for Myrah's family. What next..?
Waiting the next update!
By the way... what about those famous 404 words by Amy? Are you ready to reveal the secrect? Or did you already, and I am missed that one too :(
Oh thank you Mira. Many have mentioned that they imagined the background music of Rudra and him in uniform. Shows how much we are missing the initial days of RR
DeleteYes. Mehras are learning many new developments in a day's time..
See reply below to KhushiParo about Amy's 404 words :-)
JJ,
ReplyDeletefirst of all it's Rudra, who came to Haveli not any imposterEmbarrassed who else can talk like that with that command and attitude. True to his character.
You put in a very detailed way the whole kidnapping process, even the small details like how come Radha went all the way from North to South though she's poor.
Still wondering why Rudra left BSD or did I missed any chapter?Confused I was sure you mentioned he left because of some unexpected incident but what is it?
Mehras bombarded by the series of shocks and hope in the next chapter after seeing Rudra how protective and possessive he's towards their Myrah(our Paro) they'll be at ease. It's so nice to see Mehras bringing all those gifts that too keeping in mind each and everyone's interests.
Ok! That is my thoughts ... mostly my likes only right? Because there's nothing I can say I didn't like it. Yep lil disappointed there are no edits but can understand as Mano went on a trip.
Sorry JJ for the delayed response. There are lots of pending stories still needs to read but today I was determined to read your's first and proceed to others . Also you sent the PM reminding me.
This is the reply for your reply from last chapterLOL
Yes, I did kind of lost what Amy wrote as the story didn't lost any flow and it was beautiful. I didn't expected the first paragraphs as Deeps because if it was Amy we might wander some more time on the terraceDay Dreaming, I don't know how Deeps missed
that.Embarrassed LOL Yep I did read Deeps comments because I was sure she might have guessed it. (As you know already I'm stalker of Deeps posts/comments) SmileI didn't know if someone guessed already or not I'm giving one more try
Ufff.. Ok!
Thinking it was Paro talking with Mrs. Mehra in the room and then with Mr. Mehra. Or
May be ... may be Maithili with the baby and entry of Mehras.
Is it 2 paragraphs or more than that? Should I go and count 404/440 words?Confused for being late this time.
Kudos to each and everyone for getting together to put the story this beautifully.
Hi Sushmita,
DeleteIt is Rudra only. Not the imposter they showed in RR2.0. Our Rudra does not mince words.
The kidnapping analysis I had to put it in detail to show the way Rudra's mind works. Glad you liked it
I have not yet mentioned the reason for Rudra leaving BSD. So you did not miss it. A few things are still not revealed in the story LOL
I agree about Amy not writing the first para. Your analysis on that part is similar to Rudra's. Perfect
Only one person guessed it right. Mukti. It was the lunch scene between Myrah and Dhruv. I agree it was difficult to find. When I reread it I myself could not find anything "not in the flow" in those famous 404 words Wink It was very well aligned.
Thanks for the detailed comments. Means a lot to all of us.
Excellent 22 JJKL ! And you' ve got Rudra's character down to a T here!
ReplyDeleteLoved that Rudra is actually working here, unlike the jobless Rudra Banna we saw on Telly. And that Tejawat is doing what he does best...being evil ! Liking Myra's parents...they are in for a huge heartbreak when they realize they did lose their daughter 7 yrs ago and didnt even realize it !
Gal, what an entry...dil mein baji ghantiyan...Tun Tun Tun Tun Tun ...!! :) Cant imagine Rudra any other way ...his presence cannot but be a big bang one..electric, dynamic and oh so magnetic !
Cant wait for the next one..
Pic.
Hey, you are back. Excellent 22 - like Catch 22 ? Are you reading my replies to your comments ? Hope you are.
DeleteRudra is working yes. Not like the imposter we got to see in RR2.0 And Tejawat is best in being evil without showing off the evil in him.
Oh let us not worry about the Mehra's loss right now. Now is the time for the confrontation with Mr Mehra LOL
Thank you dear for the encouragement. Am so happy you liked the entry of Rudra Pratap Ranawat.
Hey JJ. Super update. Loved how u are linking Tejawat to the kidnappings. Cant wait for this plot to be revealed So nice to read Rudra back in action. We were deprived of him in his BSD uniform soon but ure story makes me imagine it and gives a lovely feeling
ReplyDeleteSo Mehras are getting more and more shocking news about Myrah and Rudra had to come out with such a comment for the first time with the Mehras, Well that is Rudra.
Praba
Was wondering where you vanished to. Thanks for reading. How can our Rudra be ordinary ? How can he be the guy smiling and shaking hands ? THe entry has to be worth remembering - right ?
DeleteGlad you liked it
he knows about tejawat
ReplyDeleteof course he does
how can he not
but he is right about myrah
tejawat is gonna go after her
and once he knows about myrah and paro being one and the same
well that will be hard to keep that thakur away
damn the mehras werent to know about the accident
or about her kidnapping
and he is right
about myrah being stupid
thats what he tells his to be fil
not the best thing to say to them right
but this is rudra
the man never mince his words
and that hasnt changed
was it tejawat who kidnapped the girls
but why
with no ransom
what is that man up to
no wonder rudra is in this mood
back to being the jallad are we mate
hope not
hmmm lets see how the meet with the in laws goes
